London Russian Ballet School (LRBS) is a charity that offers full time vocational Russian classical ballet training and academic education for students from diverse backgrounds. London Russian Ballet School is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to develop original repertoire and broaden the school’s dance syllabus. The candidate must have a background in classical ballet and be familiar with, but not limited to the Russian classical ballet syllabus in line with the motives of the school. The candidate will develop the neo classical and contemporary potential of the students both through class and original creative work for performance. Contemporary dance and choreographic stage experience is required and recognised teaching experience. The ideal candidate will also enjoy choreographing, rehearsing and working with young children who are recruited into the unique outreach performance programme of the school, the Young Lambeth Performers, who dance on stage with artists from the Bolshoi Ballet. Position: Candidates who are interested in a long term position but may work on a part time basis if required. Location: London. Salary: Competitive.
